- Redistribution, resale, or republishing is not allowed without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We provide expert advice based on experience and industry insights but do not guarantee specific results.
- ProMasterLearningGroup LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service rendered.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:
- Breach of agreement
- Unprofessional conduct
- Repeated delays in communication or payment
All outstanding dues must be cleared upon termination.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
11. Changes to Terms
